We’ve only lived outside of Indianola for about a year and of course every Thursday we take our trash out except for last Thursday when we were busy, and forgot. TRM took the time to go up our driveway and grab our container and dump it and return it to the same spot. That is above and beyond guys excellent service thank you so much.

We forgot to put our trash out two weeks in a row, and today last minute as we were scrambling to get downstairs to get it out, the TRM worker had gotten out of the truck and started walking up the driveway to get it down for us so he could pick it up. We truly couldn’t believe the care- it is early in the morning and 30 degrees outside and he got out just to help us. We love TRM!! Thank you!)

TRM disposal is a simply awesome. We switched to TRM a few years ago , customer service has always been super nice and helpful. One of their drivers went above and beyond. We forgot to take our can to the curb this morning and the driver came and got it out of our yard. That was above and beyond expectations. Thank you TRM you guys rock.
